Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations

Exchange Policy

1. We will be happy to accept jewellery bought from us as per the prevailing Terms and Conditions applicable only in India.

2. Jewellery for exchange will only be accepted after due examination for defects, weights, originality.

3. At the time of the exchange of jewellery purchased from us, we will value the piece on the following basis-

  • The gold content will be valued on the basis of markets prevailing gold rate on the date of exchange.

  • Diamonds, Platinum and other precious or semi-precious stones will be valued with appropriate deductions.

  • Making charges, taxes, and other value of stones, beads, and pearls will be completely deducted.

4. The exchange of jewellery requires that the original cash memo/invoice and authenticity Certificate be provided at the time of exchange. If the same is not provided an additional deduction of 1% will be made on final stone value.


6. Plain gold jewellery i.e not purchased from us will be accepted for exchange after valuation in Karatmeter .OR MELTING.

7. The gold value of the non-purchased jewellery will be deducted from the gold value of the product purchased from us. No refunds will be granted.

8. In case of refund, there will be 10% deduction on studded jewellery/solitaire/Diamonds AND 10% OF MAKING CHARGES.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

You can exchange your Haritika Diamonds and Jewellery product any time after 30 days. We offer a lifetime exchange on all our jewellery. If at any point of time you want to Exchange or Upgrade the product, we will happily serve you with an Exchange as below:

  • Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds Exchange at 80% of current market value

  • Jewellery products consisting only of Gemstones Exchange at 70% of current market value

  • Plain Gold Jewellery including Italian, unstudded products and Gold Coins Exchange at the prevailing rate of gold.

  • Solitaire Diamonds Exchange at 90% of current market value, subject to a value limit of Rs.10,00,000/-. Silver jewellery products cannot be exchanged.

Buy Back

If at any point, you wish to sell back your Solitaire or Gold coins we also offer a Lifetime Buy-Back facility

Solitaire: We will buy it back at 85% of current market value, subject to a value limit of Rs.10,00,000/-. For products over Rs.10,00,000/- if you would like to set your price for the Solitaire, you may list the Solitaire on our site at your offer Price for a nominal service charge.

The prices to be valued  follows:

Plain gold mount – Jewellery weight at the prevailing gold rate on the website.

Studded mount - 60% of the product's current value.

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Contact form or at our Customer Service number @ 09818269098.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for return:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.

  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.


We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Haritika Diamonds and Jewellery or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.

  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

 believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of signing up for our membership plans.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
